Wang Fa Hong has secretly run the 888 Tong in Portland’s Chinatown for well over a hundred years. Her brother, Wang Bai Hu is the public face of the tong. She is a member of the Jade Court and a necromancer, known in the underground as “The Shrouded One”, for she does her works through cats paws and patsies throughout the city. No one sees her face. It is said that to see her face is death.

She has now set her sight on a Book of Shadows, ostensibly kept in Saint Andre Bessette Catholic Church. She has been trying to get her hands on this grimoire for unknown reasons, but has failed.

UPDATE: In a final showdown at the Lan Su Chinese Gardens, The Shrouded One was killed by Dillon Krister and his compatriots.
